After the amazing success of our pilot with B-Gifted, where we collected more than twice the goal amount, we are continuing with the development of the Humaniq For Good charity platform.

For this, we have partnered with Hope for Lives in Sierra Leone foundation to help The National School for the Deaf to raise much needed funds for basic school and student needs in Sierra Leone.

Their school is badly underfunded: during the rainy season it floods, some classrooms are dark due to being below ground, and there’s only one toilet for the whole school.

On top of that, there aren’t nearly enough textbooks for everyone, the school uniforms are worn out, the students often walk barefoot and have no money for a proper meal.

Worst of all? They are deaf and mute. They require an especially caring and well funded education environment to learn and become as productive as those gifted with all the senses.

The National School for the Deaf (NSFD) was established in 1965 by the Sierra Leone Society for the Deaf. It is a voluntary and non-governmental organization. NSFD relies on charity support and has only minimal support from the local government.

Currently, there are 80 pupils studying in this school. They are talented and thirsty for knowledge. They need all the support they can get!

Humaniq is here to help

Just as with the previous pilot with B-Gifted foundation, Humaniq is stepping up to provide a way for Hope for Lives foundation to conduct its fundraising campaign. Thanks to our The most important step is delivering the money, and that’s where our technology and experience on the ground will come in.

The school needs just $8500 to cover all of its 80 students for the entire year, which includes books, stationery, shoes, school bags and uniforms for a minimum $60 per child.

Donating is easy, through multiple crypto and fiat options. The choice is up to you, but we do prefer crypto-based donations since they are a much more efficient and transparent method!
